We kindly invite you to take a look at our internal rules. The behavioral guidelines of our B&B not only include those ratified by law but also and especially those generally suggested by common sense and reciprocal respect.
When giving you the keys of our rooms, we are entrusting you our home: take care of it by making sure you lock the doors, windows and turn the lights off when you leave.

1 – When arriving at our B&B, our guests will have to show us an identification document in order to complete the P. S. form (data processed in compliance of the legal provision n. 675 of the 31/12/96).

2 –Being our bed & breakfast a small family-run facility, a hotel-style 24h receptionist service is not available. Therefore, our guests are kindly required to telephonically notify the expected arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. Reaching our B&B without having previously communicated the expected arrival time may cause unpleasant waiting times.

3 – For Public Security reasons, it is not permitted at any time to allow anyone other than guests inside the B&B.

4 – The arrival day, rooms will be available to be checked in starting from 3 pm whereas the day of departure, rooms should be vacated before 11 am.

5 – Breakfast will be served between 8.30 am and 10 am (unless otherwise agreed). It is forbidden to eat in the breakfast common room outside the established breakfast hours while it is always forbidden to do so inside the rooms.

6 – It is strictly prohibited to smoke inside the whole facility

7 – Upon previous verification and confirmation, small pets are accepted on request provided that they are constantly looked after by the owners; it is prohibited to leave pets unattended inside the building facilities as well as allow them in the common areas.

8 – In accordance to B&B regulations and to the standards set by the Municipal Police, silence should be observed between 2pm and 4pm as well as between 10pm and 8am.

9 – For weekly and longer stays, midweek room cleaning service and bathroom linen change are included in the price. For stays shorter than a week, bathroom linen change will be carried out every 3 days and it’s included in the price. We specify that for stays shorter than 3 nights, the room cleaning service is not provided. In case you wished to require this service even for stays shorter than 3 nights, the extra price per room is 20 Euros per night.
We deny all responsibility for the loss, theft or damage to objects left in the rooms.
